So, with the summer coming I'm looking to start up my ADV RP here with a few dedicated players. The link above is to how I've ran it before but I'm looking for new ideas and things to change/adapt to make it work. Normally I have players for all four groups, but I've learnt that that can sometimes be too many players or things get too confusing/people drop out. And with not many people active on the site I don't think there would be enough people.

So that would make three possible options to sort this out:-

Have only one faction active with characters - meaning we decide to be part of one gang and NPC the rest.
Have only four players involved that each take on a gang (north, south, east and west) and create the players for that gang.
Have multiple characters each in a different gang - say four characters to control, one for each gang.

First though, I need to find out if anyone is interested. So, hands up if you're interested.
