Chapter 1
Trick or treat,
Smell my feet,
Give me something good to eat!That was the song they could hear being sung by the kids around the neighbourhood as the gang walked past the houses and towards the dirt track at the bottom of the hill, just poking out of the forest.
"You do it..." Creamer stated.
"No, you." Belle nudged her forwards.
Cream frowned. "Why me?"
"Jesus Christ. I'll go!" Shouted Jader, "bunch of girls." And with that Jader took the first step towards the track as the girls watched in anticipation. What would happen? It was halloween and they were standing at the edge of a forest daring to even go to visit the house on top. Jader continued, and quickly behind him followed Tetsue, Matthias and Kouketsu. They never let a man go into battle alone.
Belle, Jamee, Soul and Cream stood at the edge of the woods, listening and watching as the boys bravely moved on.
"Shouldn't we follow them?" Soul asked.
"Are you crazy? Go in there on Halloween." Cream stated.
"What's the worse that can happen?" Belle asked.
"Death. Ghouls. Vampires!" Creamer had no problem listing off the potential things that could be lurking.
"Those things are just in stories. They're not real." Jamee grinned. "Come on, let's follow."
Jamee bravely took a step in the boys direction. They couldn't be seen but could be heard. At that point they heard a noise and Creamer screamed, grabbing a hold of Belle. This caused a chain reaction as all the girls screamed, watching the bushes to their right as a rustling noise continued. Suddenly April appeared.
"Jeez, what's with all the screaming? I was trying to sleep." She groaned before seeing Creamer, Belle, Jamee and Soul. She immediately grinned and lightened up, hugging the group and trying to fondle some of them in the process. All in good fun, of course. "So, what's going on?"
"The boys just went into the forest." Cream informed, looking fearful.
"And your here, why?" April asked.
"Cream's scared that their may be vampires in there." Jamee smirked.
"And ghouls, werewolves and other such things." She added.
Soul shook her head. "I think we should go after the boys before we lose them."
"I'm staying right here." Cream announced.
April grabbed one arm and Belle grabbed the other. "No, you're coming with us." And with that, they dragged Cream kicking and screaming into the forest to catch up with the boys.
Chapter 2
"Did you hear that scream?" Tetsue asked.
"Just the girls. Probably a cat or something. I wouldn't waste my time worrying. You know what Cream is like. Scared of her own shadow." Kou told them.
The boys stood just inside the trees, darkness surrounding them. "Torches ready?" Jader asked.
"Yes, sir." The replies came in unison.
"Stakes?" Jader asked. The boys took no precautions. You never know what you might run into vampires or zombie invasions. Though, if the vampires sparkled the guys would have no problem shoving a stake through all that glitter and pansy crap.
"Yes, sir." The response came again in unison, like a military operation carefully planned out.
"Guns?" Mainly for the zombies, of course.
"Yes, sir."
"Then we're good to go. Flash lights on." Jader ordered.
Four brilliant white lights lit up the area suddenly and as they did, all four men screamed like girls!
"Fuck! Audius, what the hell are you doing out here?" Kou asked.
"I got lost hours ago. Only just found the way out." He responded. "What are you guys doing here?"
"Going to visit the house at the top of the hill." Matthias told him, grinning.
"On halloween?" Audius asked skeptically.
"Can you name a better night to do it on?" Kou asked.
"Well, can I tag along?" He asked.
"Sure." Jader shrugged, "you might want to keep in front us though, being as we came with protection."
"Why in front?" Audius frowned.
"So that we are alerted and can get ready to attack." Jader grinned.
The conversation ended and with that the boys moved on, to see what the forest brought to them on this spooky night.
