You guys are kidding right? Batman nor Superman nor the Flash is Marvel. They're DC.

As far as Marvel Comic Superheros? The Incredible Hulk. Hands down.

Are we talking who can kick the most ass?  Cause the Sentry can totally take the incredible Hulk.  If we're talkin just straight up awesome...?

#1. The Mighty Thor
#2. The Silver Surfer
#3. Wolverine (Does he really need any additives?)
#4. The Amazing, Spectacular, Sensational Spider Man

Deadpool gets honorable mention just for being insanely awesome.  Like, literally insane.

Galactus.

Quote
Galactus possesses cosmic power beyond most forms of measurement (The Power Cosmic). He can levitate; restructure molecules; convert matter into energy and vice-versa; project energy with enormous concussive force; teleport himself, others, and objects across space, dimensions, and time; erect virtually impenetrable fields; restore others from any injury, even total disintegration; and endow or enhance powers within others. Even his heralds, imbued with the smallest fraction of his power, can manipulate matter and energy far beyond human comprehension. Though he generally avoids physical conflict, Galactus can bolster his own strength beyond any known system of measure. Galactus is telepathic, able to scan the thoughts of virtually any known being.

To sustain his immense power, Galactus requires energies derived from a biosphere, a planet able to sustain living beings, though life does not actually have to be present. Though Galactus can extract and absorb this energy himself, he generally employs his immense Elemental Converter to perform the process, as it is far more efficient and avoids the expenditure required of him. Sometimes the planets on which he feeds are left barely habitable; other times he consumes all life and water, leaving it devastated and barren; most often the process reduces the planet to space rubble. When Galactus was newly formed, the energy of a medium-size Earth-like planet sustained him for over a century. Now he needs to feed about once a month; in addition, when preparing for a massive expenditure of energy, he may absorb planets more frequently to amplify his power stores. Conversely, when he does not feed within his allotted time, his energies will dwindle, and he will even begin to physically shrink as they drop dangerously low. His body totally converts the energies he absorbs for his life functions and activities without any waste products.

Though seemingly destroyed on several occasions, Galactus is always restored to full power eventually. In addition, despite being a physical being, Galactus can adopt a manifestation (M-Body) from the Dimension of Manifestations in order to commune with abstract beings, such as Death and Eternity.

That would be why.

Okay, the fact that you didn't know Batman was DC disqualifies you from this conversation, good bye. Don't come back.

Not to say everyone else's dudes aren't awesome, but for real, the most Amazing superhero ever?

Captain America.

I know, I know, he doesn't have any real powers, just an indestructible shield and this serum that has him at peak human condition at all times.

But his superpower is hardcoreness.

Go read New Avengers and tell me Captain America is not the most hardcore mother fucker in comic books ever. The dude took on The Hulk. The FREAKIN HULK with just a shield.

Cap could and would throw down with any superhero in the game and at least put up a fighting chance if he didn't end up winning.

Also, I'd just like to say this-

Fuck Iron Man.

Steve Rogers?

His death was horrible. When he finally did die, he was shot by a sniper's bullet, shot at point blank range, and then rushed to the hospital where he was presumed dead. Of all the epic endings to give such a super hero, they gave him a lame one. Not that everything about a hero can be epic, and not that this subjective opinion should override your own, but that completely does it for me. Galactus has had far better deaths than being merely shot. But then in the end it boils down to the power level of the two.

I just think his death could have been much better. His career was ok though. I liked the fact that he was more realistic than most, but also at the same time one of the most essential characters in history. Having mastered the american martial arts. He was also one of the first human combatants in history ever known, can't really beat that. Now if you're not american, I won't be surprised if you flick this guy off and walk away. That's to be expected.

Totally agree with you there Law. I was so pissed when they killed Cap. It was a travesty. And honestly the sniper's bullet didn't kill him, it was the five or six point blank bullets sharon put into his stomach that did the trick. She was under hypnosis.

Bucky Barnes as the new Cap sickens me.

Well....to that I say....

Eternity.

Quote
Eternity came into existence when the universe was formed (along with Death, Oblivion, and Infinity) and spontaneously assumed the collective consciousness of all living things in the Universe. He is every living thing and every living thing is him; thus he controls everything in all plains of existence

Yeah, how bout that Eternity?  Where's your Galactus now, son?  Oh...hold on.

Quote
thus he controls everything in all plains of existence with the exception of the Living Tribunal, who maintains the cosmic balance of power.

I change my answer.  I vote for the Living Tribunal who trumps the EMBODIMENT OF THE ENTIRE FUCKIN UNIVERSE.
Although, to be honest "The One Above All" beats out any and all so-called superheros/supervillains.  He's basically the ruler of every reality in the Marvel universe and the only person the Living Tribunal answers to.  I think this is more a topic on who's more awesome not who's more powerful, though.  But you went there so I had to one up you.

That would be why your argument is irrelevant, even if you started this thread, you fail.

Also, you guys seem to be confusing power with amazingness. That's why Cap was such a badass was because he was so low-powered.

I am also becoming a pretty big fan of The Flash. <3

But I just love the Incredible Hulk because I believe he is one of the most powerful super heroes ever. Watching him go ape shit in Planet Hulk and World War Hulk made me all warm and fuzzy inside. I mean my comic book friend was telling me about an issue where an assassin tried to shoot Bruce Banner in the head while he was sleeping, and he fucking turned into the Hulk before the bullet reached his brain. How cool is that shit?

Very cool. Very cool indeed. >_>
