History: When Grace Van Alen had her first child with her husband James, they were shocked to find the daughter have three things totally different from either parent. As a seven year old girl, she had an event happen that changed her life. A strong, old, powerful spirit had rested in her body so it would not fade away. Her mother made a cross choker. It was a binding of a sort, something to control the spirit and keep it from taking over Sakura's body and mind completely. The spirit's name was Akane, meaning "deep red” As the years went by, life seemed to be getting better for Sakura. On the day of her thirteenth Birthday however, things got worse. much, much worse. A powerful demon god took a liking to her. She managed to defeat him by locking his soul away in a box. Now, at sixteen, she is sure that now she can lead a normal life.
