Description: Nico's build is slim, yet muscular. A "wiry" form of strength, you could say. Shoulder-length blonde hair usually frames his face, revealing his icy blue eyes. He wears clothing that is slightly outdated, adding more to his eccentric appearance. T-shirts, jeans, and work boots, articles of clothing which he finds comfortable, not the "unnatural" materials the "monkeysuits" are made out of.

A pistol and a rifle from the end of the Twenty-Third Century, running on gunpowder and actual bullets. He keeps the pistol in a holster on his belt, along with the bullets. The rifle is in a homemade holster on his back, the rounds for which are set in elastic bands on the butt of the rifle. A seventeen inch diamond-edge blade is always hidden in one of his boots.

Personality: Nico is a very eccentric person, to say the least. His choice of words can be confusing at times, especially when he's stressed and mixes Latin, an extremely obsolete language in the human planets, and obviously unknown in the greater Universe, into his repertoire. Besides Latin, Nico has learned a great many languages, at least enough to communicate with, and create good stead with many strangers. He carries himself with an air that would seem "cocky" to most people, but it's actually because he doesn't care what anybody thinks about him. At very rare moments, Nico can be serious, but usually his joking manner is what gets him in trouble in the first place.

History: Nico was born the seventh child of a poor factory worker's family, on the young terrestrial planet of Slevic, in the Horsehead Nebula outside the Milky Way Galaxy. Actually, Nico's father was the person who fixed the lowly production line robots. Growing up basically in the factory, his father taught him a great many things about mechanical work. Outside of the factory, Nico never socialized much with other children his age. He was never on the same standing as them, so he remained alone.

He ran away at age thirteen and found himself in the Slevic city of Agnitio, finding himself surrounded by scholars upon scholars. Agnitio was a bustling center of education, where almost anyone could find one form of schooling or another. Even a certain son of a lowly repair man. Nico wandered the bustling streets for days, trying to find work, food, and shelter. He ended up falling in with a very strange teacher, one who taught Nico the long-dead language of Latin, among other languages, in exchange for Nico's grunt work for the man. A year later, Nico's tutor disappeared mysteriously. Jobless and homeless yet again, Nico left the planet of Slevic for good, never to return, upon the next inter-galactic ship out of the Milky Way.

For years, Nico has wandered the farthest reaches of the Universe, making enough money to feed himself, but never enough to get him much farther.
