Appearance: White tank top, markings in tribal on both his shoulders. Camouflage cargo pants, black combat boots. Wears a large chain, (a literal chain not jewelry) with a huge padlock as a pendant. On his right hand, his thumb, index, and middle finger were robotic, grafted into his skin and nerves.
Weapons: Twin 13" daggers, 5ft. Wrench
Gear: A compact box that, given the right commands via a keyboard that pulls out, morphs into a specific tool. The three robotic fingers also have functionality, the thumb being a multi-tipped screwdriver, the index being a torch, and the middle being a blade. A customized bottle for water hung on his side.
Personality: A literal genius, Jett has the ability to make an awe-inspiring piece of technology out of scrap metal. He enjoys lemonade, video games, and boxing. He follows instruction well and keeps to himself. He makes a call -every- single day to his Mother, and never fails. A love for metal (Obviously) and electricity. He's also a blatant flirt with the ladies. This doesn't get in the way of his work however, seeing as it's his first love. He also has a love for music, hence his constant wearing of headphones.
History: Jett's pretty much a good-hearted kid, save for the fact that he got into countless streetfights as a teenager. This led to him breaking the stereotype for his ridiculous intelligence. As a brainy kid, he always invented things in his spare time, and always got picked on for it. He fought back and eventually got good at fighting back, too. His Mom, (single parent) suggested he get out of his garage making A - Class gadgets and get paid for his genius. He did just that, and set off on a journey to find a better job at it. He trained under a man that never gave his name, and simply requested he be called Padlock. It was here he acquired the nickname Locke. One day, Padlock was followed home and killed by a gang of thugs that followed him into his place. Jett was there, and heard the noises, and came down to help Padlock, but was too late. Out of rage, he followed the thugs, with a large torch accompanying him. He was able to kill them, but lost three fingers in the fight. This is the reason he has three robotic fingers..
Now, he's searching around for Organizations, trying to get a job as an engineer. He could also serve as some sort of security, should it be necessary.
