Personality:
Always described as a thoughtful and unassuming man, his personality has typically been considered as plain as his appearance, but those few who know Isaac personally are well aware of the depth of character truly inside him. Stressed, laidback, and occasionally sarcastic and self-deprecating on the surface, Isaac also has a deeply contemplative and experienced side of wisdom instilled in him by his mother and his grandfather that guides all of his decisions and keeps him open-minded. His coworkers, closest friends, and happy-go-lucky boss, however, are the only ones aware of just how well he truly knows his stuff and how curious he is about the world around him. It was this curiosity, in fact, which led him to a career in journalism.
History:
Born and raised for six years in New York City with his parents, ten years in Japan with his grandfather, and then back to New York where he completed his degree and sought a career in journalism both as a writer and photo-journalist. While it's been his dream to always travel the world working for the big guns of the city likes the Times, his career journey has landed him just a bit off the mark. Working for a tabloid focused on exploring the mythical and superstitious, most of his evenings are spent chasing stories about so-and-so spotting a ghost or a UFO or claiming to have been probed by aliens. Isaac's combination of open-mindedness and careful skepticism, however, are his best asset as he still manages to break meaningful, significant stories in the journalism world despite working for one of the least-respected publications across the Americas.
